Day 2 - August 15th - Seabrook NH to Freeport ME

IQuick impression: Maine looks like Maine is supposed to look in the summer. i.e. rocky coast, lovely lighthouses and many many many tourists.  Gordon was hoping for a respite from the Cape Cod human madness but found only more madness in a new setting......but it is lovely.

We tracked the coast on Route 1 and 88 the whole way to Freeport.......as did a few others!  Stopped at Nubble Point, Cape Elizebath and Portland Head lighthouses.  Each offered several nice shots.  Surprisingly we saw no alligators......we usually see alligators.

We were both pretty tired by days end but happy as we slowly slip into our framiliar traveling style.  Tomorrow we'll move further up the coast and likely stop for the night just shy of the Canadian border.
